MedGalore reserves the right to pursue legal action or report fraudulent chargebacks to collections as necessary. 6. Cherry Financing & Third-Party Payment Policies For purchases made through Cherry Financing or CareCredit, any refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and are subject to the financing provider’s policies.
